Clarke Murphy Print (CMP) is a family owned business that has been in operation since 1990. The family has been involved in printing for five generations and dates back to 1905 with Bill Murphy’s company Bookman Press. You could say “that ink runs through our veins”.

As printing has changed so too has CMP. The company was originally established with a single printing machine, guillotine and folding machine in Ken and Helen Murphy’s garage. CMP’s growth from the garage to its current factories in Chatswood has been fuelled by delivering quality jobs on time and on budget.

Technological changes have occurred in the industry and CMP has embraced these changes at every step. Every facet of printing can now be achieved at CMP under the one roof. This allows us to manage and control every step of the production chain without relying on outside suppliers.
